Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is normal 20 BMI. So, maintain your weight with the help of healthy foods and fats. Some tips:- 1) Take atleast 5 to 6 meals in a day. 2) Don't skip meals especially breakfast. 3) Take healthy fats and oils. 4) Eat raw fruits and vegetables. 5) Do some exercise for minimum 30 minutes. 6) Drink more water. 7) Take energy dense foods. 8) Don't take processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 9) Add seasonal vegetables to your meal. 10) Take proper sleep.
