Nose bleed may be due to sinusitis,,it may be due adenoids,,polyp,,injury,, severe heat, may be due to high pressure also,,first of all give pressure to the septum,,apply ice pack,,and then consult with ur doctor

You have to press nose tightly to stop the bleeding and or put a plug in the nose. And then better call for help and rush to the hospital. Keep proper watch on blood pressure. ALso you can consult for homoeopathic treatment. Still if you want to try you may take Phosphorus 30 tds for one day.
