I am 19 year old male, height is 6 feet and weight is just 54 kgs. I eat vegetables, fruits, rice, pulses, grains, legumes, cereals on a daily basis (or we can say classic maharashtra food). I eat non-veg 3-4 times a week. I drink milk, eat bananas. I also eat 6-7 dried dates a day. But still I am not gaining weight. My daily exercise is just walking 1-1.5 hours which do not burn so much calories. So can I get a cheap diet plan or should go to any shakes like endura mass or something. I have tries eating 3-4 eggs per day but that also did not help me gaining. Because of that I am losing confidence in going at some function or in college because I feel ashamed. My hands are thin like a stick.
