My age is 20. 6 months ago I have seen a blood in urine only one day or one time from that day my urine is clear and that time I will take less water that day and very much walk that day and I will see blood like in urine but when I take water my urine is clear. My question is that only one time I see that but no pain no other symptoms and I am fit. Is dehydration and exercise cause blood in urine .is it normal or not?

Drinking less water leads to concentration of your Urine. Concentrated Urine can increase chances of urinary tract infection or kidney stone. This can cause passing of blood during urination. Increase you regular water intake. It should be more on warmer days.
