How to loose weight with simple exercise and maintaining diet daily? Pls give some tips. Can't go to gym daily since working is company and has to work in different shift timings. I am 80 kg and want to make to 70 at least in short time.

Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Take atleast 3 to 4 meals in a day. 2) Maintain your meal timing and amount. 3) Use smaller plates. 4) Eat raw fruits and vegetables. 5) Take high fiber rich foods. 6) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 7) Cut out salt and sugar. 8) Drink lots of water. 9) Try some smoothies. 10) Take proper sleep. Some simple exercise for weight loss :- 1) Walking 2) Cycling 3) Running 4) Push-up 5) Pull-up 6) Crunches 7) Squats.
