Hi .Dr. I have some pcos issues. I am not getting my period regular its normally sometimes 35 days or sometimes 45 days cycle. Actually due to some family problems am getting more stress. And sometimes I cannot control my emotions. Is these are the causes or symptoms of pcos. Or these are the reasons for my irregular cycle? What should I do to overcome from my stress?

Stress is a cause of irregular periods. Alo you need to check thyroid for hypothyroidism. DO meditation and yoga for reducing stress
