Sir, I have only a problem with my head. I don't know why, but I think its migraine. How to reduce?

It could also be occipital headache that is caused due to strain and tightness of muscles that connect skull to the neck. You can consult a Physiotherapist specialized in manual therapy and see if that helps decrease the pain Also stretching exercises for upper neck muscles can help. Good Luck.
