Hi, Doctor I am 23 years old. Height 5'5 inch and weight 69. morning I start my day with walking 6 km later at 6.30 cup of green tea .at 8'o clock will eat oats. Afternoon at 12.30 eat lunch with 1cup of rice ,dal, and vegetable curry. Eve cup of green and for, 1 hr do exercises and dinner with 2 chapati. This is my daily routine. Suggest me how to lose weight. I started walking and exercises for 2 months.
