Hi, you can reduce 4 kg in 2 months with a proper healthy diet and exercise. Include whole grain cereals, vegetables and fruits in your diet which gives plenty of fibre and avoid simple carbohydrate diet. If you are a non vegetarian go with lean meat and skin out chicken, fish. Avoid fried food, red meat and junk food like pizza and burger. Try to drink as much water as possible and avoid fruit juices and carbonated beverages. Include oats, green tea and sprouts in your resume. Start walking initially 2 km a day and gradually increase it by 1 km a week. Try to eat small and frequent meals which will help in weight loss too and increase your metabolism. Eat less carbohydrate and moderate protein diet in the night and keep 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep and take stairs instead of lift.
