Sir I am 25 year old .i have been in habit of masturbation. I feel veins becoming prominent over penis. .also after masturbation ,I feel little pain in chest and it feels like some needle is piercing .also I feel lot of contraction every time from. Chest to urethra .there is foul smell from urine sometimes .moreover ,my ejaculation comes within seconds and sometimes I feel my sperm is not whitish.
