If you are physically fit and healthy, You don't have any restriction to do the exercises. Any out door games, swimming, walking, Running etc. With your exercise keep a good habit of eating. Include all good protein sources (Egg, chicken, mutton, fish, milk, all pulses and beans )with diet. Fix proper timing for food intake like don't put more gap between meals. To get all vitamins and minerals include all different colored vegetables and fruits. What I meant to say is don't stick with particular type of food, include all verity. Through your proper diet and exercise you will get good health and growth. You are in your golden time, do the best for the future. All the best.
