I am new to hostels and I have been staying in the hostel for past 2 months. .in initial days of hostel I got itching in my balls .i think it will reduce slowly and if I bath twice a day and the itching gone .but from past one week I feel the same. Whenever I feel itching I rub it and get some rashes but it disappears just after 10 minsand again I feel the same after some 2 to 3 hrs. please tell me whether to consult a doctor or its common for every boy.
