Hii. To reduce belly fat. Cardio exercises along with balanced diet is needed. Eat complex carbs such as oats, whole wheat flour, quinoa, Multigrain flour, protein such as whole pulses, milk and milk products. Cut down on excess fat and sugar. For personalized diet plans always consult a dietitian personally.
