Do vigorous daily exercise Bullet points in diet Stop all sugars Reduce carbohydrates fats Stop fried food Stop fast food Regular three meals No in between munching Soups salads sprouts encouraged No cold drinks sweets ice cream etc.

Take 2-3ltr luke warm water whole day 2-3 km brisk walking take 1 glass water 20 min before food avoid oil, ghee,fast food, out side food include more veg and fruits in your meal take cow milk. Take food 2 hours before going to bed.
