I am 29 years old after pregnancy my weight is increasing continuously at present my weight is 70 kg. After pregnancy in 3 years my weight has been increased by almost 22 kg. I want to reduce my weight. Please suggest me how to manage weight. Since last 40 days I have started morning walk for 40 minutes daily. And last month I had taken Slimazol medicine to reduce weight. But only 1 Kg has been reduced. Please tell me how to reduce weight safely.

Walk or run regularly,take oats,,egg,, fruits in ur breakfast,,in lunch take brown rice,,fish or chicken,, with dal,, veggies,,in the evening take sprouts,,soaked chic peas or nuts,,in dinner have one roti, with green salads,,less carbohydrate,,less sugar,,high in protein with walking and running will reduce weight
