I Am 26 years old and I am feeling burping. Gas produce in my stomach and come upward esophagus. I loss my appetite. And filling fullness of abdomen. Also shortness of birth. When I drink water all gas released from my mouth. I also seen blood in my stool occasionally. What is the reason sir.

Dear Subrata Pradhan , hi Welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly . * Seems more in relation with digestive issue , gastritis , duodenitis with or without ulcer . * Guidelines for better recovery - Drink plenty of liquids . - Prefer soft , light diet . - Have more of green leafy veg , whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes , organic fresh fruits . - Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods . - Keep stomach empty by 25 % of the satiety level . - Do not over eat or do prolong fasting . - Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA - Avoid smoking , alcohol if using . - Keep the head end of the bed elevated upto 30 degrees when resting . - Avoid sleeping for 2 hours after meals . - Regular intake of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty stomach will help . - One time evaluation with ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy is highly recommended .
