My hight is 163 cm and weight 73 kg I want to lose weight and fat. Give me some advise to do so. And also what should I do in order to increase my hight.

Hello you should take some sports like basketball or swimming along with proper diet ensuring 1. 4 to 5 small meals throughout the day 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables. 3. Take whole grains like wheat oats 4. Pulses in form of sprouts or eggs and fish if non vegetarian. 5.include dairy products like curd paneer 6.drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 7. Avoid oily and maida products. Hope this helps.
