Currently I'm weighing around 104 kgs, and the last month I checked it was 98 kg. So, I have heard of this KETO diet, and I looking for a full vegetarian keto diet plan. Plus, I'm a student and a graphic designer for Marvel, which implies I don't do any sort of activities, apart from walking 1 km a day. So if you you can help me out on these, it would be great.

Hi. You need to reduce your weight through dietary modification. Yes you are right as we need to minimize carbohydrate in take in diet. Limit your Rice/ wheat intake. Stop potato, basan, maida in your diet. Add Green veg, Fresh fruits, Salads but no cream in your menu. Rajma or sprouts need to take for protein. Avoid junk food, sweets, fried food, salt.Try at least 45 min brisk walking any time in a day. Thanks.
