I do not remember stuffs for longer period of time. I am currently pursuing MBA, dealing with short term memory when it comes to studying and by hearting my subjects. Any suggestions for how to enhance my concentration level so that I can remember stuffs for long duration?

Hi Lybrate user, Basically, Memory, is like muscular strength, requires you to “use it or lose it.” The more you work out your brain, the better you’ll be able to process and remember stuff. The best brain exercises break your routine and challenge you to use and develop new brain pathways. Following are the tips that will help you deal with memory issues- 1. Get on a regular sleep schedule 2. Avoid all screens for at least an hour before bed 3. Meditation 2 times a day will help you alot 4. Take breaks throughout the day 5. Set healthy a balance between work and leisure time 6. Focus on one task at a time, rather than trying to multi-task 7. Spend time with fun, playful people 8. Cut down on caffeine 9. Limit calories and saturated fat 10. Eat more fruit and vegetables 11. Get your omega-3s like- fish (salmon, tuna) 12. Eat dark chocolate and almonds Will help you boost memory Good Luck!
