Whenever I lay down for some time and stand up I feel weak and darkness comes all over my eyes I'm a sportsman (cricketer) I feel like I have nothing left in my body after some workouts darkness comes again before my eyes.

It's a very common problem firstly you are little underweight by around 5 to 7 kgs. If you work out immediately after having good it happens secondly if you are dehydrated and you take less fluids also it happens thirdly if sodium or potassium content of your blood then also it can happen I suggest you to take adequate fluids and may be you can take ORS or electral mixed with water in spoon this may help if it still persists then please do your Hb sugars ECG and a 2D ECHO thanks.
