My liver is mildly enlarged. USG abdomen shows it is 16.6 cm in size with mild hepatomegaly with mild fatty infiltration. My sgpt, sgot and bilirubin is normal. Also USG shows - few non specific lymph nodes in right iliac fossa bigger measuring 12x5 mm Is there anything serious, what is the disease? Tell me what to do.
