What is best treatment of Piles for my wife aged 44 Year, having two children through normal delivery. alopathic/ homeopath ?which one is the best. Need to treat @Gurgaon. Is the surgery is the best one. She is having since our first child @2001 & then it has no symptom till 2006 @2nd child, then it has no symptom and absolutely no issue till 2015 when she developed deviation in her Hemogram parameter. She has no other issue at all. KIndly suggest what should we do to get the best one at earliest possible.

If she is having symptomatic piles and asso with bleeding it is better to undergo surgery. Now a days we do minimal invasive method for piles known as stapled haemorrdectomy. It is associated with faster recovery and less pain. It is generally done as a day care procedure.
