Sir I am losing my weight day by day can you please sugest tell me some suggestion and what I must do fa it?

Hello lybrate-user, Loosing weight isn't a good sign both physically as well as medically. Try having foods like milk and milk products, paneer, bananas, apples daily. Also fish protein and lean chicken will be best along with boiled or poached eggs (thrice a week, in alternative days). But after trying this out, then also if it doesn't help you gaining weight I would suggest you to test for thyroid, allergy (immunoglobulin) for any unseen medical condition. Do not get tensed it can be stress and genetic as well. Thank you. Have a nice day.
