I am 36 year .height 5 ft 4 inch &weight is 79 kgs. As per standard health guidelines my weight should be 60 to 65 kgs. I have tried a lot but couldn't reduce my wt. Everyday evening walking 3 km. No dinner at night but still weight is not reducing. No any physical problem. Kindly advice to reduce weight.

Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night but don?t skip meals, for further details feel free to call me.
