Mujhe 1.6 kilometer ki running 6 mins. Me karne hai. But mai apne practice ke samay feel karta hu ki ye bahut difficult hai. Mera leg aur logo ke compare me thin hai. Kindly suggest me some supplements and tips to achieve my target. 6 month time hai mere pas. Mere body ka upper part broad hai but lower part thin hai.

Hello lybrate-user, Your problem seem to be muscles related. The calf muscles of our legs need to be soft for more running stamina, you need to do exercises for building up your thigh and calf muscles strong. Along with that proteins (vegetable and/ pulse protein, milk, egg, lean meat and fish) are best for building stamina during marathon (or running in your case).
