I have cough and snore due to breathing issues too. Also I have tried all the drugs in allopathy and now trying to find a solution through Homeo and still not successful. Now, from last few months I am having frequent spasms/Cramps when I Cough or some times without any reason that doesn't allow me to talk or breathe. People say those are symptoms of Gastritis and when I try Zintek or Meftal-Spasm it gives relief as they are SOS. I wanted to understand, if those are Gastritis only or anything to worry about? I don't eat Masala too. Please Advise on next steps. Also, Please note i've used Rabi-DS as well for 10 days. Thank you in Advance!
