I am 27 male and facing common problem like fat deposition at stomach and side also, will you please suggest how can I get rid of this to have a flat stomach.

Best ways to loose weight are exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayan twice a day. Medohar guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid consumption of alcohol. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Oily food. Take lemon tea. Walk for atleast 45 minutes in a day. Do pranayama and yoga early in the morning.
