I checked my teeth I found I am having cavity in one premolar and back side of the teeth in my premolar their is tiny two hole and back side their is black dot is their what options does I have and what can I do to get it treated by myself.

Dental Caries(Cavity) is an irreversible process....once you have a cavity it does not heal or repair by itself or medication The best option for you is to get the cavity restored(Filling) before it becomes too deep and gives you more problems
