My blood sugar level (fasting )is 95 mg/dl. Is it normal .any precautions. Please reply.

Hi, Yes, it is normal. Be active. Avoid high calorie food like oil fried food, sweets, bakery food, etc. Consume high fiber diet. Walk 1hour daily. Check your blood sugar levels once in 6months.
