My heart rate is high for which I am taking Nebicard 2.5 mg once in morning. But being a beta blocker this is increasing the white patches in my fingers as I am also suffering from Vitiligo. Is there a medicine to lower the heart rate which is not a beta blocker.

Yes its possible that use of beta blockers can worsen your vitiligo. You can shift to other medications like calcium channel blockers and others to treat increase heart rate. Consult treating doctor for the same.
