I started doing gym since last 2 month and each and every day I take big glass of banana shake twice a day. But then also it is not helping to gain weight. Then my gym trainer said to take gainer. But I have fear that taking gainer is safe for body. I want to know that do gainer have any side effect on body. Because I have listened from many people that it shows bad effect on body in older age. So is taking gainer safe. And which one is better. Whey protein or gainer for me to take and make a good physic.

No it is not safe... Better stick to natural products... You may try taking homoeopathic Alfalfa Q 10 drops in water before meals..
