My son age 11 years is suffering from stomach pain after passing stool from last 2 months. It was earlier diagnosed as infection and given antibiotics and then constipation and was prescribed various laxatives and enema but pain after stool at lower right side of abdomen still persists. No pain killer works and pain gradually get over after 2 hours. Please suggest Wat to do.

Rule out other problems by doing simple abdominal sonography. To make sure it is not something else like stones or appendix. If pain is at local site after stool passage only then rule out fissures.
