My daughter aged 15was suffering from high grade fever from last 3-4 days. Blood tests indicated low platelets and TLC. NS1 card test confirmed dengue positive. Present situation is no fever, platelets 1.98 and TLC 2400CU. MM. I am worried about low TLC. PL.suggest any medicine for the same or how can normal TLC be achieved.
