I'm 30 female. As I said earlier. My right side lower and upper wisdom tooth both had removed at a time. 3 days before. Now as you suggested that I can intake any type of food after 24 hours. So could I eat spicy food also. Pls suggest me only this one question pls can I intake spicy food now.

Any type of foods should be ok after 3 days. If your bleeding has stopped properly and your pain/ swelling is controlled, you can consume any kinds of food items. We advise patients not to consume spicy or sharp or hard items to avoid hurting the fresh wound. In case you feel normal in respect to the wound areas, go ahead with eating anything. Do continue with warm salt water rinses 3-4 times/day. They will fasten the healing process. Good luck.

Eat soft cold diet like milk semolina, khichdi etc. For 3-4 days, rinse with lukewarm water and a pinch of salt in it.
