Dear doctor, I have studied in a school which is very open friendly and understanding and doesn't pressure about studies. I'm a topper student and took up bpc as a subject last yr. But the clg I joined without my happiness is very pressurising study and Mark oriented and has long study hours upto 12 hrs a day. I have been a friendly and positive person bfr but now I'm becoming very sad. Didn't attend clg till now. I changed clg but still I'm not able to overcome it. I have lost interest in everything cry a lot. I've lost appetite and sleep since 4 months and am just sad all the time. In a relationship but I want my guy to be there with me 24/7 but when I face the reality that its not possible I get double depressed. Please I wanna get back to the normal help me out and suggest me eat a to do it. What's happening to me? Please help Thank you.
