It started as jock itch. Later spread to butt crack then I used some cream bought OTC and let air to pass to infected area by sleeping in towel. It got vanished after some time totally except from on anus. Some times a white fluid forms on anus and when I try to clean it with water a little burning. Please suggest any remedies.
