I am putting on weight! I don't eat much still i'm not losing! Please help. How to reduce!

Change your lifestyle. Start exercising every day and eat only healthy food (more natural and organic if possible ). Eat in small portions 4-5 times a day (small meals) and include 2-3 fruits and vegetables everyday. Do not compromise sleep. Sleep at the right time (7-8 hrs sleep ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses of water or more if required ). Last but not the least - learn Yoga and do it consistently everday for a few minutes.
