I am 21 year now and my exact weight is 60.1 kg for last 4 years. Please suggest me what should done for weight gain? And I am trying for push up in our home for body muscle so it can never done properly and ultimately I got tired. What are the suggestion for this?

Dear lybrate-user! Doing any kind of physical activity without any guidance is some time harmful for the body. First you need to build up a stamina so you can take whole body weight on your shoulders. Start doing Cardio/Running and weights first. I'd strongly recommend you to join some gym and take suggestion from gym instructor and go step by step.
