Im 20 years old. I'm a athlete. 7-8 days ago I was running in the ground. I got some pain in my lower abdomen. Now the pain in very less But I want to ask Should I take this pain serious?

Looking at your age and your athletic activities it seems to be much more likely to b normally due to some gas issue. Do not worry too much but if it again shows same problem within next 10-15 days then you must consult any nearby Dr. Till tha follow some simple things 1.Drink warm water 2.Avoid potato and Chana besan.
