Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having wrist/thumb pain though there may not be any pathological reasons. It is due to over strain of the writing muscles and also due to lack of blood circulation. To reduce the pain & to make you feel comfortable Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective.. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced.
