I am 19 years old, I am in collage and living out of my home town for study purpose, Actually I am going through hard of my life, Due to some reasons my best friend and I, had some trust issues, we don't talk much now, my sister is also my best friend but recently we had huge fights and she also trusts me less than before, I feel lonely I often cry, I can't concentrate on studies or any other work, I am mentally disturbed too much, I want our brother sister relation back as it was before, I can't stop thinking about it. Please I need help from a doctor to be mentally healthy.
