I am 20 years old I always keep on feeling lethargic and drowsy throughout the day Moreover I keep on feeling weak bcz of this I am not able to do anything proper neither any work of my home nor my studies I am preparing for net n for that I need you b active n fresh but in my case it is not like that I don't feel fresh n active instead I feel sleepy most of the time even after I have my meals then also I don't feel any difference n the same condition continues please help me out how can I b active. I m.also not able to control my sleep when I sleep at night I am not able to wake up in the morning properly n when I wake up somehow I feel lethargic please help me out so that I can b normal like the girls of my age n I can concentrate on my studies.

Take proper breakfast, lunch and dinner in time. Eat seasonal fruites daily. Walk at the time of waking early in the morning and evening after dinnner. Do yoga like anulom-vilom, kapal bhati and some stretching exercise. Do these practice for 7 days, you will get marbellous improvement; if not take appointment.
