My body is hot and sometime my head is so tight. I not able round all side of my head. Due to computer use and stress. Which exercise can I do daily for physical fit.

At least a 20- minutes-walk at a stretch regularly will help you relax your skeleto-muscular strain. If you want more effective and specific exercises for your problem, Yoga-suryanamaskar practice and yoga-pranayama practice with ocular physiotherapy will be the best if you learn and practice regularly in order to avoid a number of occupational hazards in future.
