Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Add more calories in your diet chart. 2) Take lots of protein, carbohydrate, fat in your meals. 3) Eat lots of energy dense foods. 4) Lift heavy weights and improve your strength. 5) Don't drink water before meals. 6) Take milk and milk products. 7) Add cream to your coffee, tea, fruit dish. 8) Use bigger plates. 9) Take 6 to 7 meals whole day. 10) Get qualityful rest.
