Yoga is good thing for every human being but, when i'm doing pranayama or meditation or anapanasathi then stammering (stubborn) happened actually I have lot of problems like anxiety, depression & over thinking thats why i'm trying to do meditation or pranayama then stammering happened ,i don't know what to do please give me some suggestions.
