Hi I am suffering from excessive burping (belching) after taking any meal, for a month, I don't feel any pain or burning sensation but burping. I conducted the baking soda test to check my stomach ph level and the result came after eight minutes now I am wondering if it's from low stomach acid or too much. Please help me.

Gas is eliminated either by burping (belching) or passing it through the rectum. Eat smaller portions organized during the day, and eat them slowly, without rush, while making sure your posture is right. Namely, sit with your back straight during meals, do not hang over the plate. Finally, avoid alcoholic, caffeine-based and carbonated beverages as well as any food you know to cause burping. Rather, drink sufficient amounts of water instead. Homeopathy can be a great help for those who suffer from this too much gas problem/ burping . Homeopathic medicines Carbo Veg, Lycopodium, China and Nux Vomica lead the homeopathic table in treating this problem.
Take proper time to take food. Don't swallow too much air with hot drink or food. Take Gasax tabs. 2+2+2 with hot water. Vajrasana is good for you. Do meditation pranayam surynamaskar daily twice a day. Otherwise you can call me via Lybrate also.
