Maine by chance CT scan chest ka kiya report was no focal lesion seen in bilateral lung parenchyma, no thickening /effusion but evidence of left sided eventration of left dome of diaphragm with mediastinal shift to right side seen ishka kya matlb hai kya koi problem h kya ye serious baat hai kya medicine se ye tik Ho skta hai please advice me sir.
