Dear virendraji unfortunately age related dementia is due to degereative changes in brain. But fortunately it can be arrested to an extent. You seem to be doing right things by doing yoga and physical activity along with good diet habits. Yes coconut oil is rich in medium chain fatty acids which has got powerful anti oxidant properities and are found to have great benefits of anti aging and process of macular degeneration. Stay happy.
