My wife is pregnant 6 weeks and my doctor suggested to take Rubella IGG test and the result came as 90.6. Whether is it on the higher limit or it has any negative impact on the pregnancy or she has to take any precautions. Please clarify.

You have to mention which units the Lab has reported it in. The reference range the Lab refers to should also be mentioned. A positive report is suggestive of a Rubella immune status which is good. Rubella IgM should be negative, or else it suggests recent infection.
