Hey, I got married in year 2015 but still my wife didn't get pregnant. I did consultant with doctor about my wife and after myself. The result of my wife looks fine and I did my semen analysis test. My sperm count is very low. Could you please suggest what should I do. Thanks,

Hello- Several factors like poor diet lack of sleep, work stress, smoking, weight gain etc affects the production of sperms and hence can result in low sperm count. Fortunately the process can be reversed and the sperm count can be made normal by cutting these factors and making your daily schedule close to a normal one. You can add a herb (Cowhaze seeds, black gram, pumpkin seeds etc.) or two to fasten your recovery. Good luck.
